View a Badge Category

To view or edit the properties of a Badge Category:

1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Badge Categories from the side navigation menu. The Badge Categories screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, enter a search string in the Search field. You can search for Badge Categories based on their Display Name or Internal Name. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Badge Categories that meet your search criteria.

3. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Category ID.

4. Click the name of the desired Badge Category. The Edit Badge Category pop-up window is displayed.

5. Optionally, make any changes to the Badge Category properties. For more information on these properties, see Create a Badge Category.

6. Click Save.

If you want to add Badges to the Badge Category, you must navigate to the Badges screen, and add the Badges one at a time to the Badge Category. For more information on adding Badges to your Badge Category, see Edit Badge Properties.
